Amaka Joan Mordi is an experienced Human Resources and Administration professional with expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and people-focused initiatives. Her expertise spans conflict resolution, disciplinary management, and core HR and administrative functions across the employee lifecycle, contributing to a structured and efficient system. She holds an M.A. in Peace, Security, and Humanitarian Studies and a B.A. in History, both from the University of Ibadan. She has also completed professional certifications with the Society for Peace Studies & Practice (SPSP), alongside other relevant professional trainings.
